Two Established Communities

Mature Custom Homes, Steady Scope

Jeremy Ranch grew up around the Jack Nicklaus golf course just off I-80 at the Kimball Junction exit, and Glenwild — the gated Tom Fazio golf community just east — has become one of the premium private-club addresses in Summit County. Both neighborhoods are mature enough that the concrete work is a mix: new custom builds on remaining lots, additions and remodels on older homes, garage and ADU foundations, and the steady stream of driveway replacements that come when the original 1990s concrete finally gives out.

Summit's scope here is the full residential concrete menu — footings and foundations for new custom homes, tear-outs and replacement driveways, stamped patios and pool decks, retaining walls on sloped Jeremy Ranch lots, and garage slabs for ADU and accessory structures. Both communities sit around 6,500 to 7,000 feet, so every pour factors in Summit County's 36-inch frost depth, snow load, and freeze-thaw cycles that don't show up at Wasatch Front elevations.

Jurgen Becker's Utah contractor license record dates to August 11, 1998. Summit is owner-led on every Jeremy Ranch or Glenwild site — direct contact, direct decisions, no dispatcher layer between the homeowner and the person pouring the concrete.

Why Jeremy Ranch & Glenwild Homeowners Call

Local Concrete, Not a Drive-By Crew

No I-80 Crews

Lots of concrete subs drive up from the Wasatch Front for Jeremy Ranch jobs because they're close to the freeway. Summit is different — Park City is the only market we work in.

Replacement Work Specialty

Aging concrete is a big piece of the Jeremy Ranch scope. We handle the tear-out, haul-off, and replacement with heavy-duty new pours built for 2025 plow traffic, not 1995 driveway loads.

Gated-Community Experience

Glenwild's gate, HOA rules, and golf-course-adjacent access are a familiar environment. We coordinate credentials and construction windows up front.

Jeremy Ranch & Glenwild FAQ

Common Questions

My 25-year-old driveway is cracking — replacement or repair?

Usually replacement. Driveways that are 20+ years old with wide cracks, settlement, or scaling have typically reached end-of-life. We give an honest assessment — if mudjacking or panel replacement is viable we'll say so, but a full tear-out is often the right call at that age.

Do you coordinate with landscape and irrigation on a new patio?

Yes. Backyard patios typically involve landscape, irrigation, and sometimes hardscape or pool. We plan the pour sequence with the other trades so nobody's waiting or redoing work.

Are you familiar with Glenwild's construction rules?

Yes. Gate access, construction hours, and HOA sign-offs are normal in Glenwild. We coordinate with the homeowner or GC to handle credentials and keep the work inside the approved scope.

When's the best time of year to pour in Jeremy Ranch?

May through October is the standard pour window. Winter pours are possible with cold-weather protocols, and shoulder-season work in April and November is normal — we'll tell you what's realistic based on the specific site.
