Terms of Service
Plain-language summary for estimate requests and website use.
These terms explain how Summit Concrete Services handles website information, estimate requests, and project conversations for concrete work in Park City and Summit County. They are provided for general website use and do not replace a written project agreement.
Estimate requests are preliminary
An estimate request gives Summit enough information to start a practical conversation. It is not a promise that the project is accepted, priced, scheduled, or ready to pour. Concrete scope changes quickly once Jurgen reviews access, drainage, subgrade, demolition, reinforcement, finish expectations, weather exposure, and the build schedule. A driveway replacement, footing pour, stamped patio, or commercial flatwork job may need different site review before Summit can give a useful written scope.
- Submitting a form or calling Summit starts a conversation; it does not create a final contract, fixed price, reserved schedule, or guaranteed start date.
- Useful estimate requests include the project location or neighborhood, service type, rough dimensions, photos or plans if available, access limits, drainage concerns, and target timing.
- Final scope and pricing depend on a written review of site conditions, materials, thickness, reinforcement, finish, demolition needs, haul-off, permits, weather exposure, and schedule constraints.
- Work is confirmed only after the scope, price, schedule expectations, payment terms, and any required deposit are accepted in writing.
- Park City concrete schedules can shift because of weather, site readiness, inspection timing, supplier availability, access, or other conditions outside the website request process.
By using this website, you agree that all estimate requests are preliminary and subject to field verification, scope clarification, and formal written agreement.
Written approval controls the project
Project scheduling, final pricing, material selections, payment terms, change orders, deposits, and start dates are confirmed only after written approval. If a signed project agreement says something different from this website, the signed project agreement controls that project. Summit may pause or reschedule work when weather, site readiness, inspections, supplier timing, access, safety, or other field conditions make the planned pour impractical.
Website information is not field verification
Website content is provided for general information. It can help you prepare better questions, but it cannot verify your soil, drainage, reinforcement schedule, HOA limits, permit requirements, or inspection details. Service availability and timelines may change based on workload, weather, supplier availability, and the conditions found during site review.
